500 Pte. Gordon Alexander Wishart enlists in Kerang, Victoria and joins the 9th Light Horse Regiment. Also enlisting in Kerang that day was Gordon’s cousin 501 Pte. Robert (Bert) Watmaugh Wishart, who also joined the 9th Light Horse Regiment.
