Cpl. John Wishart of the 33rd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery marches to a rest camp near Le Havre around 4 p.m. On the front line at Neuve Chapelle Pte. Henry Gray Wishart survives another day of shelling. One man of the Seaforth Highlanders is killed, and another eight are wounded (two of these later dying.) In Wardrecques Pte. Andrew Brock Wishart spends the day settling into his billet and checking his equipment.
