Peter may have enlisted in 1915 and saw overseas service with the 1/5th Battalion, Royal Scots Fusiliers before being transferred to the 9th Black Watch (Royal Highlanders.) Unfortunately, in the absence of any surviving service papers, no further details about Peter’s life, or military career are currently known.
