At 79 Southwark Park Road in Bermondsey, Charles Edwin Wishart becomes the first (and only) child of a labourer named Charles William Wishart, and his wife, Isabella. Charles will eventually emigrate to Africa where he married and had two sons. He was the father of the late-cricketer Brian Wishart and died in Harare, Zimbabwe during 2008. The family are part of tree WIS0075.

The same day in Lochaber, Shetland, a local crofter named William Umphray Wishart (WIS0128), and his wife (who was also his cousin), Mary becomes parents to the second of three daughters and name her Robina Jane.
