Kilmarnock native David Loudon Wishart joins the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (Clyde Division) and is sent for training at the Navy shore station at Crystal Palace known as Victory VI. David would go on to serve as a telegraphist on two ships in 1918 and was demobilised in 1919. In 1926 he married Jean Henderson and had two sons with her. David died in 1971 and is part of tree WIS0086.
