At 10 Barrack Street in Perth, twin boys named James Isaac and John Oswald Wishart are born to a ploughman from Tibbermore named Robert McNaughton Wishart and his wife Helen McNab Lee Oswald. James (born at 16:40 hrs) and John (born at 17:20 hrs) are part of Wishart Tree 023.
The same day in Edinburgh at 2 Orwell Place, 67-year-old cabinetmaker master James Wishart died of what would be termed today as motor neurone disease. James was born in Orphir, Orkney during 1848 and was the son of Robert Wishart and Margaret Garrioch.
